The company Mitsubishi Electric presents the system series Zubadan. In Japanese it means “super heating”. It is known that the performance of heat pumps using low potential heat of outside air for heating the rooms decreases with the temperature of the outside air decreasing. And this reduction is very significant: at a temperature of -20 ° C, the heat output is 40% lower than the nominal value specified in the instrument specifications and measured at a temperature of + 7 ° C. It is for this reason that air heat pumps are not considered in our country as a full-fledged heating device. The attitude towards them can radically change with the appearance of air conditioners of the Zubadan series.

Heating systems based on the use of a heat pump are environmentally friendly, since they operate without burning fuel and do not produce harmful emissions into the atmosphere. In addition, they are economical: when supplied to a heat pump, for example, 1 kW of electric power, depending on the operating mode and operating conditions, it gives up to 3 – 5 kW of heat energy. Among the advantages of the heat pump are the reduction of capital costs due to the lack of gas communications, the increase in house security due to the absence of an explosive gas, the possibility of simultaneous reception from one installation of heating, hot water and air conditioning.

Features of heat pumps ZUBADAN

  • Heat pumps ZUBADAN are produced in household, semi-industrial and multi-zone modifications.
  • The heating capacity of the system 1 can be from 3 to 63 kW.
  • The minimum outdoor temperature is -25 ° C. At lower temperatures of the cold period of the year, so-called bivalent systems with an additional heat source are installed. This combination allows you to use the heat pump for almost the whole heating period, and only on rare cold days use an additional heat source.
  • The central control system of heating and hot water supply, dispatching and connection to “smart house” systems is provided.

Stable heating capacity

The company Mitsubishi Electric presents the system series ZUBADAN Inverter (in Japanese this means “super heating”). It is known that the performance of heat pumps “air-to-water”, using for heating the premises low-potential heat of the outside air, decreases with a decrease in temperature in the street. And this reduction is very significant: at a temperature of -20 ° C, the heat output is 40% lower than the nominal value specified in the instrument specifications and measured at a temperature of + 7 ° C. It is for this reason that air heat pumps are not considered in countries with cold winters as a full-fledged heating device. The attitude towards them has radically changed with the advent of heat pumps of the ZUBADAN Inverter series.

The heat output of the semi-industrial systems Mitsubishi Electric ZUBADAN Inverter retains its nominal value up to an outdoor temperature of -15 ° C. With a further decrease in temperature (the manufacturer guarantees the system to operate at -25 ° C), the heat output begins to decrease. But at the same time, the advantage remains both for conventional systems and for energy-efficient systems of the POWER Inverter series.

Maximum heat output at start-up

The algorithm for controlling the injection circuit can be optimized to achieve maximum heat output, for example, when the system is started in a cold room. Another mode in which the maximum performance is important is the mode of thawing the external heat exchanger (evaporator). The defrosting mode, which can not be avoided in air-cooled heat pumps, is quick and completely invisible to the user.
